Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are from the time of shipment, not from the time of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays, carrier issues). GOLTEMPIRE.COM is not responsible for carrier delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.


4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: GOLTEMPIRE.COM is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • GOLTEMPIRE.COM is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods before filing.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GOLTEMPIRE.COM is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
