Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email GOLTEMPIRE360@GMAIL.COM within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not return items without an RMA number.

Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
